  • 5 garlic cloves, chopped, I use my garlic press

Mash 3 large or 4 small bananas in a bowl

  • Mash 3 large or 4 small bananas in a bowl. Add 1/2 c. buttermilk and 1 tsp. baking soda. Set aside.
  • 1/4 c. softened butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Beat together with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add: 2c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Add bananas mixture and mix well together, do not over mix. Place batter in a greased and floured loaf pan and bake 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
