- 12 cups cauliflower florets (about 2 heads)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Position your oven rack in the middle of the oven, and preheat oven to 325 degrees
- ■1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- ■1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

- ■1 teaspoon baking soda
- ■1/2 teaspoon salt
- ■1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- ■2 teaspoons freshly grated orange zest (I omitted this)
