- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter

Quiche Lorraine

- 1 layer pastry dough
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 eggs, room temp
- 1 cup 1/2 n 1/2
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 cup gruyere cheese, shredded
Dill Sauce

This sauce is part of a baked salmon recipe, but it is great on other fish, as well as some vegetable dishes
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 3/4 tsp dill weed
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt (or 1/8 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder and 1/8 tsp salt)
