Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

1. In a large soup pot or dutch oven, cook bacon until crisp
- 10 slices of bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 (14.5 oz) can of petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (10.75 oz) can cheddar cheese soup
- 2 Tbsp, Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 1 (2.8 oz) can of French fried onions
CinnaCocoa-Frosted Protein Cookies | Heidi Powell

1. In a bowl, mix together egg and protein powder
- For Cookie:
- 1 egg white
- 1 scoop Powell Perfect Vanilla Protein Powder
- For Frosting:
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1/2 packet Stevia Powder
- (you can add more cocoa and cinnamon to taste!)
Maple and Mustard Glazed Salmon

Generously sprinkle the salmon all over with salt and pepper
- Olive oil, for grilling
- 4 skin-on salmon fillets (6 to 8 ounces each)
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Grease the grill grate by brushing with oil. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
TORTELLINI VEGETABLE SALAD

Cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package
- 9 oz. pkg. fresh or frozen cheese tortellini
- 2 c. purchased marinated mixed vegetables (from the deli), undrained
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4-1/2 c. prepared Italian dressing
Sweet Pork for Burritos

Place pork roast in the crock of a slow cooker, and add 4 cups water
- 3 pounds pork shoulder roast
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle cola-flavored carbonated beverage
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 (1.27 ounce) packet fajita seasoning
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chilies
CHOCOLATE BOURBON PECAN PIE

Preheat oven to 325°F. Roll out pie dough and shape into 9" pie plate
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or bar cut into chunks
- 2 cups pecans, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted

In a medium bowl, toss the rice with the cilantro and the orange zest
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 2 cups cooked black beans
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups Simple Fresh Pico de Gallo, recipe follows
- 2 cups Pork Carnitas, recipe follows
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped

- 2 medium tomatoes, seeds removed, and chopped
