Teriyaki marinated flank steak

Mix ingregients well in a bowl
- 1/2 C worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 C rice wine vinegar
- 3 T honey
- 2 T sherry, or sake, or miren
- 2 T oil
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1/4 T ginger
- Flank steak
Baked Chicken Stuffed with Pesto and Cheese

Preheat oven to 375F/190C
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 T Basil Pesto with Lemon or your favorite commercial pesto
- 2 T low-fat sour cream
- 2 T grated mozzarella cheese
- (I used heaping tablespoons of pesto, sour cream and cheese)
- 2 eggs, beaten (or if they're large eggs one will probably be enough)
- 3 T finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 T almond flour (or almond meal, but almond flour is better for this because it's more finely ground)
- black pepper to taste
Orange green beans with almonds

1.Place a steamer basket in a large saucepan, add 1 inch of water and bring to a boil
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted (see Tip)
Herbed artichoke cheese tortellini

Drain tomatoes, reserving 2/3 cup juice
- 1 can italian diced tomatoes
- 1 jar(6 1/2oz) marinated quarted artichoke hearts
- 1 package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1/2 C onions
- 1/4 C minced fresh parsley
- 2 t dried basil
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 can sliced olives
- salt
- 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
Bacon cheeseburger pinwheels

- 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef, cooked and drained
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 Tbls pizza sauce

In a large bowl, beat the cream, cocoa, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form
- 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Autumn Chicken

Season chicken with salt & pepper
- 4 med chicken breasts
- 1/4 C flour
- 4 T olive oil
- 3 medium pears, cored and cut into wedges. Do not peel
- 3 green onions
- 1 t garlic
- 1 C apple juice or apple cider
- 1/2 C cranberries dried
- 1 t thyme
Chocolate butterscotch tartlets

•Place chocolate and butterscotch chips in a small bowl
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
- 1-1/2 teaspoons apricot brandy
- 4-1/2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 packages (1.9 ounces each) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
- Grated orange peel
Green chili beef stew

•In a large skillet, brown beef and onions in oil; drain
- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chilies
- 1 cup water
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, optional
