Marinade: mix soda, soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated onion, ginger, garlic and sugar
- 1 C lemon lime soda or 7 up
- 1/2 C plus 2 T soy sauce (low sodium)
- 3/4 C rice vinegar
- 1 med onion (1/2 grated, 1/2 sliced thin
- 1 T fresh ginger, grated
- 4 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 T sugar
- 2 lbs boneless chicken
- 3 T grape seed or vegetable oil
- 1 T unsalted butter
- 2 T chopped cilantro
- steamed rice
Bolognese Sauce

3.Heat a large skillet over high heat
- Sauce Bolognese
- 1 poundground beef (85% lean)
- 1 cupdiced onion
- 1 tablespoonminced garlic
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 tablespoondried oregano
- 1 teaspoongarlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 42 ouncescanned crushed tomatoes (such as San Marzano®)
- 2 cupswater
- 1 tablespoonbutter
- 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
Chicken satay with peanut sauce

Whisk first six ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless chicken breast cut into 16 thin strip
- 1/2 C coconut milk
- 1 T fish sauce
- 1 t curry powder
- 1 t sugar
- 1 T chopped fresh cilantro
- salt & pepper
- Sauce: 3 T soy sauce, 2 T rice vinegar, 2 T sugar, 1 t grated ginger, 1 T sesame oil, 1/2 C creamy peanut butter, 1/2 C chicken broth
Barbeque pork and penne skillet

•Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 package (16 ounces) penne pasta
- 1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 carton (18 ounces) refrigerated fully cooked barbecued shredded pork
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with mild green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

- 2 pounds small red-skinned potatoes, quartered
- 1 pound bacon, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise

- 6 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 medium red onion, diced

- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 cup frozen corn
