Easy Garlic Alfredo Tortellini

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain well
- 1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated three cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk, or more, as needed
- 1/2 cup half and half*
- 2 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

- Topping:
- 1 loaf sourdough bread (I used Pepperidge Farm, 1.5 pound loaf)
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk (I used 1%)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 stick cold butter, cut into pieces (1/4 lb.)
Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cupcakes

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line pans with 20-22 cupcake liners
- Cinnamon Cake:
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- Vanilla Cake Mix (not white cake mix)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- (There used to be cereal pieces in the batter, but that has been removed due to comments saying it's better without it)
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch Buttercream:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch powder
- (Crush the cereal in a bag and then sift out 2/3 cup)

- 4 bone-in chicken drumsticks (about 1 pound), skinned
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs (about 1 1/4 pounds), skinned
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped shallots
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 cup Chianti or other rich red wine
- 1 cup unsalted chicken stock (such as Swanson)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can unsalted whole tomatoes, crushed and undrained
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese - ROOM TEMPERATURE
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant banana cream pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 1/2 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers
Tequila Chicken

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons canola or olive oil, plus 3 tablespoons
- 1/8 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 dashes cayenne pepper (less than 1/8 teaspoon)
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 pound (2 large half breasts) boneless skinless chicken breast; sliced completely in half making 4 pieces
- 1 -ounce tequila
- 4 ounces shredded Colby Jack cheese

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1 cup dried cranberries, raisins or chocolate chips (optional)

- For the Cupcakes
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle Guinness Stout
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa (I used Scharffen Berger Cocoa)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- For the Vanilla Bean Buttercream
- 1 stick salted butter – room temperature
- 1 stick unsalted butter – room temperature
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 tablespoon Clear Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 pounds confectioner’s sugar (powdered sugar, 10x)
- 4 tablespoons very cold milk
Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken Recipe

Season both sides of chicken with lightly with salt and pepper, put into crock pot
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thighs would be fine too)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (could also use olive oil or canola oil)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional - doesn't really add heat, just adds more flavor)
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 6 Tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds
Chamberlain's Steak Rub
