Southwest Chili (using the GH soup recipe)

This is made with a container of the frozen soup base recipe
- 4-16 oz. of ground turkey--depending upon how much you want to add to soup
- 1/2 t. chili powder
- 1/8 t. ground cumin
- 2 c. of your soup base-thawed
- 1/2 c. drained and rinsed canned black beans
- 1/4 c. salsa
- 2 T. shredded cheddar
Spaghetti with Peas and Zucchini Ribbons

Directions Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add 1 teaspoon salt
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shelled fresh English peas (about 1 1/2 pounds unshelled) or thawed frozen petite peas
- 8 ounces baby zucchini (about 12), trimmed and cut lengthwise into 1/8-inch-thick slices with a mandoline or a knife
- 1 1/2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves, very thinly sliced
- 1 pound spaghetti
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

In 1 1/2 qt. saucepan, combine soupd and salsa
- 1 can Campbells Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 10 oz. bag tortilla chips
- Chopped tomato
- Sliced green onions
- Sliced pitted riped olives-small
- Chopped green or red pepper
Mini Turkey Meat Loaves & Baked Beans

- 4 slices lean, smoky bacon, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large can(22-28 oz.)spicy barbeque-flavor baked beans
- 4 scallions, whites and greens chopped
- Pepper
- 1 c. seasoned stuffing cubes, whizzed into crumbs in food processor
- Milk for moistening bread crumbs
- 1 lb. ground turkey(white and dark meat blend)
- Salt
- 1/4 c. flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped, plus more for sprinkling
- 1 egg
- 3-4 T. ketchup
- 3-4 T. grated onion(grate over the meat to catch the juice)
- 2 T. Worcestershire sauce

- 2 c. soup base
- 3 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-in. chunks
- 1/3 c. frozen corn kernels
- 1/4 t. ground cumin
- 3 T. crumbled tortilla chips
- 1 T. chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedge

- 4 cups fresh strawberries(2 pints)
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen prepared pound cake, thawed, cut into 14 slices
- 1-1/3 cups blueberries, divided

Mushroom and Green Onion Lo Mein

The vegetables can be prepped and refrigerated several hours in advance
- 8 oz. dried lo mein noodles
- 2 T. peanut or vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 oz. piece peeled ginger root, cut crosswise into thin coins, each coin then cut into thin strips
- 10 oz. green onions, trimmed, cut in half horizontally, then cut lengthwise into thin strips
- 1 lb. assorted mushrooms, such as combination of oyster, shitake, king trumpet, cremini and/or white button, stemmed as needed and thinly sliced
- 1 T. toasted seasame oil or more to taste
- 2 T. low-sodium soy sauce, or more to taste
