In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, shortening and sugars
- 1/2 C. butter, softened
- 1/2 C. shortening
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 C. old-fashioned oats
- 1 C. chocolate chips
- 1 C. miniature marshmallows
English Toffee Bars

Place flour, brown sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl, stir to combine
- 2 cups all purpose Flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, cold
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips (semi sweet or milk chocolate)
Southwestern Egg Casserole

In a large bowl, beat eggs
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 C. monterey jack cheese
- 2 C. cottage cheese
- 1/2 C. melted butter
- 2-4oz. cans chopped green chilies
- 1/2 C. chopped green pepper and onion
Chocolate Carmelita Bars

- 1 3/4 C. quick-cooking oats
- 1 3/4 C. flour, divided
- 3/4 C. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 stick butter flavor Crisco shortening (3/4C.)
- 1 Tbs. water
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 C. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 C. caramel ice cream syrup

- 1/2 1/2 1/4 cup (62g) all-purpose flour OR 1/4 cup instant tapioca1
- 2 2 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Topping:
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup (100g) packed light or dark brown sugar
- 1 1 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup (94g) all-purpose flour
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 (75g) cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/2 1/2 cup (63g) chopped walnuts

- 2/3 cups Granulated White Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs, Room Temperature
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 cups Sour Cream, Room Temperature
- 2 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 15 Oreo Cookies
- FOR THE OREO COOKIE MOUSSE LAYER:
- 1 teaspoon Powdered Gelatin
- 6 Tablespoons Milk, Divided
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar, Sifted

Hearty Pasta Tomato Soup
