1 In large bowl, mix oil, chocolate, granulated sugar and vanilla
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, cooled
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Cinnamon Swirl Quick Bread

In a large measuring bowl, combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking soda and salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Pat in Pie Crust

- 1 C. milk
- 1/2 C. lemon juice

- 14oz. Butterfingers

- 12oz. Cool whip
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Hot Cocoa Cookies

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and chopped chocolate, stirring frequently, over medium heat
- 1 stick (4 oz.) unsalted butter
- 7 bars (3.5 oz. each) semisweet chocolate – 12 oz. chopped, 7.5 oz. cut into 1-inch squares and the rest for garnish
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
- 3 eggs, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 30 marshmallows
Pineapple Upsidedown Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can of pineapple slices, drained
- 8 maraschino cherries
- 1 butter flavored cake mix (can use yellow), plus the ingredients called for on the box for preparing
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

- 4 eggs, room temp
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1/2 C. champagne
- 1 TBS. orange zest
- 1/4 C. orange juice concentrate
- mandarin orange segments
- Topping:
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. corn starch
- 2 TBS champagne
- 1 TBS orange zest

- 4 Tbs butter melted
- 5 8oz. pkg cream cheese
- 1 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. cornstarch
- 5 Tbs. cocoa powder
- 7 eggs
- 1 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1/3 C. buttermilk
- 3 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 oz. red food coloring
- 3/4 C. heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 C. powdered sugar
- 1/2 C. cream cheese whipped icing

- 1 1⁄2 cups chopped pecans

- Cheesecake Filling
- 24 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Pecan Topping
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1⁄2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 1⁄2 cups toasted pecans, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup heavy cream
- 1 pinch salt
