Mozzarella and Prosciutto Pizza with Balsamic Onions

Mix flour and salt in large bowl
- 1-1/2 c unbleached all purpose flour
- 1/2 T coarse salt
- 1/2 c warm water (105°F to 115°F)
- 1 t dry yeast
- 1-1/2 T olive oil
- 1 T honey
- 2 T plus 1/2 cup olive oil
- 12-ounce red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 4 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper
- All purpose flour
- 1 c (packed) coarsely grated whole-milk mozzarella cheese
- 3 T coarsely grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 thin slices prosciutto, sliced crosswise into thin strips
- 2 t chopped fresh thyme
- Balsamic vinegar
Sweet-and-Sour Brussels Sprouts

Preheat oven to 400°. Toss brussels sprouts and 3 Tbsp
- 2-1/2 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved lengthwise
- 4 T olive oil, divided
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 3 T sugar
- 1 T fish sauce
- 1 T white soy sauce or reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 T unsalted, roasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1 t finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 t Aleppo pepper or 1/4 crushed red pepper flakes
Thai Chicken Salad Bites

In a medium bowl, stir together the oil, chili sauce, lime juice, sugar and ginger until the sugar is dissolved
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cups finely shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1/4 cup finely chopped roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint

- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar

- 1/3 cup pine nuts or almonds, toasted
