Supreme Pizza Garbage Bread

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 pound spicy Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- One 8-ounce container button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pitted black olives, quartered
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- 1 1/2 pounds store-bought pizza dough (see Cook's Note)
- One 6-ounce package sliced pepperoni
- 4 slices deli ham, each cut into 8 strips
- 1 cup store-bought marinara sauce
- 3 cups grated mozzarella (9 ounces)
- 1 large egg, beaten, for egg wash
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat oven 375. Place sausage on cookie sheet and smash down flat, make sure cookie sheet has the rims on it
- 24 little pancakes you can use english muffins too
- 12 eggs
- 2 tubes Jimmy Dean sausage

Deconstructed Lasagna with Peas and Herbed Ricotta

Bring an 8-quart stock pot of water to a boil and generously season with salt
- 1 lb. Lasagna
- kosher salt
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. low-sodium chicken stock
- 1 lb. peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 c. freshly grated Pecorino Romano
- 1 1/2 c. whole milk ricotta
- 1/2 c. mint leaves
- Freshly ground black pepper
