Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake

In a blender, combine the 1 pound strawberries with the strawberry jam, agave, and lemon juice
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved, plus 4 strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 3 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2/3 cup milk
- 6 tablespoons cream
- cheese, room temperature
- 3 cups good-quality strawberry ice cream
Cheese Flan

Special equipment: six 3/4- to 1-cup ramekins Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup sugar
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
- One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Pinch salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), for garnish
BLT Pasta Salad with Greek Yogurt Dressing

- 4 1/2 cups flour
- For the sugar coating:
- 10 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

- 1 container (12 oz) fluffy white whipped ready-to-spread frosting
- Pink gel food color, if desired
- 22 miniature marshmallows
