CHEESEBURGER DUMPLINGS WITH STEAK SAUCE

- For the cheeseburger filling:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup finely chopped gherkins or pickle relish, drained
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 heaping teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
