1. In 3-qt. saucepan, cook beef, salt and pepper over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 2 medium potatoes, peeled, cut into 3/4-in. chunks
- 1 medium onion, cut into 8 wedges
- 1 can (14 oz. beef broth)
- 1 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise, then cut crosswise into slices
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 jar (6 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 tbsp. flour
Cornbread Stuffing with Savory Glaze

In mixing bowl toss together cornbread, onion, green pepper, butter, egg, pimento, salt and pepper

- 1/4 cup chopped onion
