- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half or light cream
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped

- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cups bread cubes (about 4 slices)
- 1 cup sweetened whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Banana Bread Pudding

1. In a medium size bowl, mix the eggs, bananas, cinnamon, sugar, milk and vanilla extract
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 6 slices whole-wheat bread, cubed
- 2 cups milk or half and half
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 eggs, large
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups warm water

Oven Barbecued Baby Beef Ribs

Wipe ribs with damp paper toweling
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. baby beef ribs
- BASTING SAUCE
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 to 1 c. beef broth

- 2 pkgs. active dry yeast
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda

- 1 c. buttermilk

- 1 onion, quartered
