- 4 chicken boullion cubes
- 4 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked long-grain brown rice
- 2 lbs. pork ribs
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crumbled
- 1 can (3 oz.) chopped mushrooms undrained
- 1/2 medium green pepper, slivered
