- 2 cups diced fully cooked ham
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni or medium
- noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

- l/2 c. seasoned dry breadcrumbs

- 1 beef chuck pot roast (2 1/2 lbs.)

- 3 medium baking potatoes (about 1 lb.) unpeeled

- 1 large parsnip

- 2 bay leaves
