- 1 large onion chopped

- 2-4 cups chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 recipe egg noodles uncooked
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- For Egg Noodles
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 3 1/2 cups flour not precise measurement, it depends on the doughs consistency and I used white spelt flour but you can use regular white flour if you want
