Combine first 3 ingredients
- 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (without oil)
- 6 ounces bow tie pasta, uncooked
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen leaf spinach, thawed & drained

In a medium bowl, sift and/or mix together the almond flour, baking soda salt and optional spice
- 1 1/2 cups fine ground blanched almond flour (scoop and sweep method not packed)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 3 large eggs
- 4-5 Tbls full fat coconut milk or as needed for consistency
- 2 Tbls honey
- 1 tsp vanilla or juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 cup fruit (optional)
- Oil for frying
