- 1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
- 1 lg. TART apple, peeled, cored and chopped (1 c.)
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. golden raisins
- 3 strips uncooked bacon, halved or 2 tbsp. butter, cut up
