Grilled Pineapple Rice

Drain pineapple and set aside
- 1 can (20 ounce) pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 Tablespoons margarine
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 Tablespoon curry powder
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 jalapeno pepper -- seeded and chopped,
- optional
- 4 green onions -- chopped
Fruity Dairy Noodle Kugel

Cook noodles and drain. Meanwhile, drain the cherries and mandarin oranges in a colander
- 8 ounces medium width noodles
- 1 16 ounce can pitted dark sweet cherries in syrup
- 1 10 ounce can mandarin oranges segments in syrup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese -- softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice

- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Tangy Citrus Chicken
