Chocolate Icebox Cookies

Combine 4 ingredients in a bowl; set aside
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 Tablespoons margarine
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg white
- 2 Tablespoons turbinado sugar
Bean and Sundried Tomatoes Salad

Drain sundried tomatoes in a sieve over a bowl, reserving oil
- 8 ounces sundried tomatoes in oil
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 15 ounces red kidney beans -- drained
- 15 ounces white kidney beans -- drained
- 15 ounces black beans -- drained
- 15 ounces black eyed peas -- drained
- 1/2 red onion -- thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Bulgur with Leeks, Cranberries and Almonds

In a large saucepan, melt margarine
- 6 Tablespoons margarine
- 5 medium leeks -- chopped
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups bulgar
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup sliced almonds -- toasted
- Salt and pepper -- to taste
Creamy French Potato Salad

Place potato in a large saucepan, and cover with water; bring to a boil
- 6 cups (2.5 lbs.) cubed peeled baking potato
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup light french salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 large hard cooked eggs -- chopped
Cajun Chicken Strips

- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper -- (1/8 to 1/4)
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts -- cut into 1/2" strips
- 2 Tablespoons margarine -- melted

- 1 can (14.5 oz.) sauerkraut -- drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/3 cup uncooked white rice
- MEAT LAYER
- 2 large eggs -- beaten
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 dash salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 11 ounce can mandarin orange
- 1 medium sweet onion -- sliced into rings
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds -- toasted
Orange Glazed Acorn Squash

- 3 Tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
