Fudgy Souffle Cake

Preheat oven to 375. Coat a 1 1/2 quart souffle dish with cooking spray

- 2 Tablespoons stick margarine
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Fudgy Brownie Pudding

- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar -- divided
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup Dutched processed unsweetened cocoa -- divided
- 2 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate -- chopped
- 1/3 cup milk
- 6 Tablespoons margarine -- melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

In medium saucepan saute the almonds in the butter until lightly toasted
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 pound spinach -- rinsed and torn
- into bite sized pieces
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- DRESSING
- 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds -- lightly toasted
- 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
White Chocolate Brownies

- 8 Tablespoons margarine
- 4 ounces white chocolate
- 2 large eggs -- at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1/2 serrano pepper -- minced

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 15 ounce can tomatoe sauce
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup pistachio nuts

- 12 cups spinach
- 2 cups strawberries -- (1 pint) sliced
- 2/3 cup sliced green onions

- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups Crisco
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (about 1 ounce)
- FUDGE GLAZE
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 3 Tablespoons vegetable shortening
- 1 Tablespoon confectioner's sugar
Multi-grain Chickpea Pilaf

Place bulgar and kasha in a medium bowl
- 1/2 cup bulgar
- 1/2 cup kasha
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 grape tomatoes -- cut in half
- 6 small scallion -- thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- juice and zest from 1 small lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 can chickpeas

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 containers Rich's Whip
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 bottle Nestle's chocolate syrup
