Vidalia Onion Dip

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish
- 3 cups chopped Vidalia onions
- 3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- Garlic salt, to taste
Au Gratin Potatoes

Thaw potatoes. Mix together all ingredients except potatoes
- 1 Stick Margarine (melted)
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Pint Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Onion (diced)
- 2 lb. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes*
- 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese (sharp, shredded)
- May substitute Potatoes O'Brien
Spice Oatmeal Drop Cookies

Cream butter and sugar; add beaten eggs and mix well
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Soda
- 1 Cup Nuts (chopped)
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Cloves (ground)
- 1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Raisins or Dates (chopped)
- 2/3 Cup Sour Milk
Forgotten Cookies

- 2 Egg Whites
- Pinch of Salt
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 6 oz. Package Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Nuts
Sweet Bars

Melt the margarine in a 9" x 15" pan
- 1/4 lb. Margarine
- 1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 Cup Flaked Coconut
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Chocolate Chips
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Butterscotch Chips
- 1 Cup Nuts (chopped)
- 1 Can Unsweetened Condensed Milk
Date Crumbles

- 1 Cup Dates
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 1/2 Cups Oatmeal
- 1 Cup Lard
- 1 tsp. Soda in 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
Thumbprint Cookies

Mix together thoroughly shortening, brown sugar, egg yolk and vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Shortening (1/2 butter)
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- Egg whites (slightly beaten)
- 3/4 Cup Finely Chopped Nuts
Fudge Brownies

- 1 Stick Butter or Margarine
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 (1 lb.) Can Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
- 1 Cup plus 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1/2 Cup Nuts

- 2 cup Heavy Cream
- 3 tbsp Confectioners Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 8 oz Bittersweet Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
