Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray
- 2/3 cup beef substitute, vegetarian, ground meatless
- 1/4 cup cabbage, fresh, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon carrot, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, fresh, chopped
- 6 wonton wrappers, 3 1/2" square
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons vinegar, rice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce, reduced sodium
- 3/4 dry cup rice, brown, cooked

Combine egg whites, salt and cream of tartar in mixing bowl
- Filling:
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/8 tsp. Cream of Tartar
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1 pkg. German Chocolate
- 3 Tablespoons Water
- 1/2 pint Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Banana Dream Drops

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt
- 2 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. Bag Chocolate Chips
- 1 1/2 cup crushed cereal (Corn Flakes or Rice Krispies)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Pink Grapefruit Margaritas

Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, triple sec, and ice in a blender
- 1/2 lime cut in wedges
- Kosher salt
- 1 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 3 freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup white tequila
Black Out Martini - Earth Day Cocktail

- 0.5 oz. Peach Liqueur

- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour (spooned and leveled)
- 1 cup packed dark-brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 cup full-fat plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest plus 3 tablespoons juice (from 6 key limes or 2 limes)

- 4 cups chopped fresh spinach or one 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
