Chili Sauce for Hot Dogs, Fries and Hamburgers

This is a great recipe to keep on hand for those chili cravings
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 4 cups water
- 2 (6 ounce) cans chicken stock (can substitute beef stock)
- 1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste, plain
- 1 tablespoon dried onions
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Grilled Asian Chicken

In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the soy sauce, oil, honey, ginger root, and garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 slices fresh ginger root
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Perfect Pressure Cooker Pot Roast

Heat oil in the pressure cooker over medium-high heat with the lid open
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (3 pound) beef chuck roast
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
- 1 (1.2 ounce) package brown gravy mix
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can beef broth
Green Bean, Corn and Tomato Salad with Buttermilk Dressing

In a small bowl, combine the onion, vinegar and salt and let sit for 5-10 minutes
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated white onion
- 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lowfat buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup corn kernels (shaved from 2 ears summer corn)
- 2 handfuls steamed green or wax beans
- 1 cup sliced ripe tomatoes
- Handful torn fresh basil leaves (optional)

- 2 cups frozen peach slices
- 2 cups mixed frozen berries

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (1.5 ounce) package dry enchilada sauce mix
- 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
Southern Baked Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Instructions Preheat oven to 350 Cook macaroni until just al dente or a little under al dente
- 3 cups macaroni, uncooked
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- salt & pepper
- paprika (optional)
- 1 cup smoked cheddar cheese, shredded (a must)
- 6-8 oz. velvetta, shredded (feel free to cut back on the velvetta if you don't want it to be super creamy)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar (can use less if you don't like a sharp taste in your mac n cheese)
- 1 cup colby & monteray jack, shredded (cheese blend)

For the stock: add all ingredients to a soup pot
- Stock
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3-pound) fryer chicken, cut up
- 3 1/2 quarts water
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 bay leaves
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Soup
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 2 cups sliced celery, with leafy green tops
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1/3 cup cooking sherry
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 cup grated Parmesan, optional
- 3/4 cup heavy cream, optional
- Seasoning salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Crusty French bread, for serving
