  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup + 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 1/2 cups finely diced apples ( I used 1 medium granny smith and 1 medium gala apple)
  • GLAZE
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (may need more)
  • drop of vanilla extract
  • Canola oil, for frying
