- 12 ounces pasta (Shown Linguine)
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes with liquid ( I used zesty red pepper flavor)
- 1 large sweet onion, cut in julienne strips
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 2 large sprigs basil, chopped
- 4 1/2 cups vegetable broth (regular broth and NOT low sodium)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Optional Parmesan cheese for garnish

- 1/4 lb (1 stick) sweet butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Set a large, nonstick, saute pan or skillet over medium heat and add butter and EVOO
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour for dredging
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup honey mustard I think this is key - try your best to use honey mustard instead of any other kind!

Flourless Chocolate Chip Chickpea Blondies with Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray 8×8 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray
- Cooking Spray
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup all natural almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or agave nectar (you can also use honey if you’re not vegan)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup vegan (or regular) chocolate chips plus 2 tablespoons
