- 1 * 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 * 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 * 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 * 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 * 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 * 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 * 2 links chorizo, casing removed and crumbled*
- 1 * 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1 * 1 tsp cumin
- 1 * 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 * 2 cups black beans
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup cotija cheese

Preheat the oven to 350° F
- For the crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- Pinch of salt
- For the filling:
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 6 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp. heavy cream
- Pinch of salt
- 6 fun sized Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
- For the topping:
- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 3 tbsp. heavy cream

Makes 3 full servings or 3-4 sides
- 3 medium zucchinis
- 8 oz mixed mushrooms
- 1/8 th of an onion
- 1/2 teaspoon flour
- 1 T olive oil, separated
- 1-1/2 tablespoons oatmeal
- 1-1/2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1-1/2 tablespoons butter, diced
- 1-1/2 tablespoons grated cheese (parmesan, comté...)
- thyme and dried herbs of your choice
- salt, pepper

- 4 large yukon gold potatoes, peeled and rinsed, then sliced thin
- 1 can quartered artichokes
- 1.5 cup cheese sauce, recipe follows
- 1 cup grated gruyere cheese
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- salt and pepper
- Cheese Sauce
- 1 * 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1.5 * 1.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 * 1 cup hot milk
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
