Crispy Parmesan Asparagus Sticks

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1 bunch of asparagus (mine had about 30 spears)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup flour (I used whole wheat pastry flour)
- 1 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Caramel Apple Strata Recipe

In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter and corn syrup
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 3 large apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1 loaf (1 pound) day-old cinnamon bread
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 10 eggs
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sloppy Joe Pasta Recipe

In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 envelope sloppy joe mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1 package (7 ounces) small shell pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 cup (8 ounces) 4% cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Apple French Toast Casserole

Here's another make-it-the-night-before breakfast casserole
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 large apples, peeled and sliced thinly (I use Cortland or Empire)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 slices Italian bread, 1 inch thick
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Bacon Quiche Biscuit Cups

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 10 regular-size muffin cups with CRISCO® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 LAND O LAKES® Eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz)
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (2 medium)

- 1 pound orecchiette
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 bunch broccoli rabe
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
- 1 cup grated Parmesan (4 ounces)
- Kosher salt and black pepper
Sausage and Cheese Crescent Squares

Heat oven to 375°F. If using crescent rolls: Unroll 1 can of dough into 2 long rectangles
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury™ Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 1 lb spicy or mild bulk pork sausage

- 2 cups milk
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 pound Canadian bacon, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 6 English muffins, cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
