In a 12-inch skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 8 (1/2-inch) thick slices country-style white bread
- 1/2 cup whole-grain mustard
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Gruyere

Creamy Tuna Noodle Casserole

HEAT oven to 350ºF. COMBINE first 5 ingredients in 1-1/2-qt
- 1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme
- 2 cups egg noodles, cooked
- 2 cans (5 oz. each) chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, undrained
- 8 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/3 cup)
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

- 1 package (8 ounces) spaghetti
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jar (14 ounces) spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup (8 ounces) reduced-fat sour cream
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese
Smith Island Cake

Make the cake: Heat oven to 350°
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 24 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted, plus more for pans
- 3 1/2 cups flour, plus more for pans
- 4 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
