Boil the sugar and water together to make a syrup
- 4 cups sugar
- 3 cups water
- 2 ounces instant coffee
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 quart vodka
- 1 pint brandy
- 1 split vanilla bean
- mocha extract
Chicken Breasts with Stuffing Mix

Mix cream of chicken soup with water, the pour intoa 9 x 13 baking dish
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 (10 1/4 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz. water
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix
Cheddar, Bacon & Ranch Pull-Apart Bread

Italian Brunch Torte (Taste of Home)

- 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls, divided
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 package (6 ounces) fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 7 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced hard salami
- 1/2 pound sliced provolone cheese
- 2 jars (12 ounces each) roasted sweet red peppers, drained, sliced and patted dry

- 1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour, divided
- 2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, melted and cooked
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- Ganache:
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tablespoons chopped pecans
- Optional garnish: pecan halves and additional caramel topping
Baked Stuffed Tomatoes

Cut a 1/2" slice from the top of each tomato, discard tops, scoop out pulp, discard seeds
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 3/4 cup croutons
- 2 Tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
Homemade Ketchup

Pass tomatoes through a tomato press to remove seeds
- 1 can (28 oz) peeled whole tomatoes
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- Pinch of allspice
- Pinch of ginger
- Pinch of celery seed
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cloves
- S & P to taste
