Tom's Key Lime Pie

Prepare the graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter
- Crust:
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- juice of 7-8 Key Limes
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cool whip, if desired
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
Flank Steak (Mom's)

Mix all of the ingredients together, then let the flank steak marinate overnight
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons ginger, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon black pepper

Brussels Sprouts (Carol's)

In a large pan or wok, heat a little olive oil and add pancetta
- 6 oz. pancetta or bacon pieces (1 1/2 cups)
- 2 pounds Brussel sprout leaves
- 3 Tablespoons shallots, finely choppen
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup craisins cranberries
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- Kosher salt and ground pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In an 8" baking pan, gently toss the filling ingredients

- 5 cups chopped fresh fruit
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1 Tablespoon orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup quick-cook oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 5 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
