Pumpkin Bread

MAKES TWO LOAVES! 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 2 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 can pumpkin filling (15 oz.)
- 2/3 cup water
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2/3 cup raisins
Tarragon Dressing

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 medium shallots, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 /2 teaspoons tarragon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Caesar Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
- 3 cups (8 oz) uncooked Ziti
- 4 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 pound sliced ham, cut into 1" strips
- 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, halved lengthwise
- 1/3 cup (2 oz) mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/3 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (8 oz) Caesar salad dressing
- Anchovy fillets (optional)
Bacon Cheese Puffs

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet
- 1 pound sliced bacon
- 2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pound sliced pumpernickel party bread
Raspberry Sauce

Put all ingredients in a large saucepan set over medium-high heat
- 2-10 oz bags frozen raspberries, thawed, or 2 pints (1 1/2 lbs)fresh
- 1/2 cup sugar, plus more, to taste
- Pinch of salt, plus more, to taste
- Finely grated zest plus juice of 1 lemon
Broccoli & Grape Tomato Frittata

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 4 teaspoon olive oil, divided
- 1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 6 large eggs
- 4 large egg whites (or 3/4 cup Egg Beaters)
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 cups (1 pint) grape tomatoes into into halves or quarters
- 1 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano

- 1 Angel Food Cake mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 pkg (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding

- Streusel:
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla cake mix (4 serving size)
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Black Bottom Cheesecake
