One Skillet Tuna Noodle Casserole

- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

- 1/2 cup milk

In a medium saucepan, bring water, butter, soup mix, caraway seeds and mustard to a boil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
- 2 large eggs

1. Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme; pour over chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (4 lemons)
