- Cooking cream:
- 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 recipe Cooking Cream (see below)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon bits (I think it was 3-4 slices, crumbled)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- soften and mix with 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1 minced garlic clove, dash of pepper and thyme.

- CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST (recipe follows)
- 3 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups (12 oz. package) Hershey's Special Dark chocolate chips, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon shortening (do not use butter, margarine, spreads, or oil)
- CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafers (about 45 wafers), smash to crumbs
- 1/2 powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup Hershey's cocoa
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- Stir together the vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, and cocoa. Stir in the melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom and 1 1/2-inches up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.

- 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 pkg. Boursin cheese
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed and dried
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, minced
- salt, pepper, cayenne and nutmeg to taste
- 2/3 cup coarse breadcrumbs
- 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
