Garlic Chicken with Potatoes

- 6 small red potatoes
- 2 chicken leg quarters
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 12 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary or 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh thyme or dash dried thyme
Asparagus Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil, for sautéing
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds asparagus, rough ends removed, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons freshly chopped dill leaves
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- 4 Tablespoons butter, melted

- MARGE HARPER'S HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL RECIPE:
- 2 8 oz. packages (16 oz. total) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 Tablespoon green pepper, diced
- 2 Tablespoons onion, diced
- 2 cups walnuts (or pecans), diced
- DECORATIONS:
- 3 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- brown fool coloring
- orange food coloring
- yellow food coloring
- 6 large oval crackers (Townhouse Oval Bistro crackers)
- 1 large sweet red pepper
- 1 small yellow summer squash
- 1 cup pecan halves

- 1 1/2 pound fish fillets
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt and a dash of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

- 10 Tablespoon butter
- 6 eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 Tablespoons Kirsch
- 1 can (8 oz) dark pitted cherries, drained
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 Tablespoons sugar Beat tog. until stiff.
- 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
