- 1 1/2 slices white or whole wheat bread, buttered
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 shredded American cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6-8 drops hot pepper sauce

- 6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded

- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz)
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 container ricotta cheese (15 oz.)
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach (10 oz.), thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 cups flour
- olive oil for deep frying
