1. Unwrap frozen asparagus
- 1 pkg. frozen asparagus spears (10 oz)--OR FRESH
- 1 pound flounder/sole fillets
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
Vinagrette Dressing

- 2 Tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar

1. Heat 2 teaspoon olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat
- 4 teaspoon olive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped shallot
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- Kernels from 2 large ears of corn
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 pound plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 30 sea scallops, thawed

- 1 small onion, quartered

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

- 2/3 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
