Baked eggs with yogurt and chilli

It is inspired by çilbir, a Turkish dish of poached eggs with yogurt, and like the original calls for kirmizi bibe...
- 300 g rocket
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 free-range eggs
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
- 50 g unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp (more or less, depending on variety) kirmizi biber
- 6 sage leaves, shredded
- Maldon sea salt
Couscous sallad

Lägg grynen i en skål. Tillsätt övrigt, rör om
- När grynen är mjuka tillsätt:
- 2.5 dl couscous
- 2 msk smör
- 1 tsk salt
- 2.5 dl kokande vatten
- 1 liten burk kikärter
- 1 grillad röd paprika(hemgjord eller från burk)
- 2 nävar kokta gröna bönor
- 4-5 hackade soltorkade tomater
- 1 msk olja
- 1 tsk vinäger
- 1 tsk malen spiskummin
- 1 krm grovmalen svartpeppar
Grillad fläskkotlett med fetasallad

Fläskkotlett är väldigt gott oavsett om det är stekta eller grillade
- Fetasallad:
- 4 st fläskkotletter
- 2 st vitlöksklyftor
- 10 st oliver
- timjan
- 2 msk olivolja
- 4 st kokta potatisar
- 0.5 st gurka
- 1 st rödlök
- 4 st tomater
- 2 st avokadofrukter
- 50 g spenat
- 100 g fetaost
- Dressing:
- 0.5 dl olivolja
- 1 msk rödvinsvinäger
- 1 tsk grovkornig senap
- svartpeppar och salt
Paj med köttfärsröra

En mättande paj som brukar uppskattas av alla familjemedlemmar
- Pajdeg:
- 1 ,5 1,5 dl vetemjöl
- 1 ,5 dl grahamsmjöl
- 1 tsk bakpulver
- 0 ,5 dl (50 g) flytande matfett
- 1 dl mjölk
- Fyllning:
- 1 st gul lök
- 1 st vitlöksklyfta
- 0 ,5 msk raps- eller olivolja
- 250 g nötfärs
- 2 msk färsk eller 2 tsk torkad timjan
- 2 msk tomatpuré
- 1 dl vatten
- 1 tsk salt
- svartpeppar
- 3 stjälkar selleri
- 1 st röd paprika
- 2 st ägg
- 2 dl mjölk
- 1 dl riven ost, 17 % fett
Knäckebröd (Swedish Crisp Bread)

- 25 gram yeast (I used 1/2 package of 1/4 oz Active Dry Yeast)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 200 ml (almost 1 cup) yogurt
- 400 ml (1 2/3 cup) water
- 600 ml (2 1/2 cup) rye wholegrain flour
- 600 ml (2 1/2 cup) wholewheat flour
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
- 2 teaspoons salt
- and
- 100-200 ml ( 1/2 - 1 cup) regular flour for rolling the breads
Potato salad with smoked salmon and horseradish crème fraiche

- 600 g new potatoes, washed
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- zest and juice of 1 large lemon
- a splash of red wine vinegar
- extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons capers, soaked and drained
- 1 x 3cm piece of fresh horseradish, peeled, or grated horseradish from a jar, to taste
- 150 ml crème fraîche
- a small bunch of fresh dill or fennel tops, roughly chopped
- 400 g sliced smoked salmon

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3 ounces best-quality semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (sifted)
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 3 large eggs, at room-temperature
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces best-quality semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 6 tablespoons whipping cream

- 2 1/2 dl mjölk

Sweet potato crescents

These are gorgeous deep-fried, but you can bake them (at 180C for 20 minutes) for a healthier finish
- 250 g plain flour
- 1 tsp each ground turmeric
- and ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1-2 sweet potatoes (300g), peeled
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped
