  • 300 g rocket
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 free-range eggs
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp (more or less, depending on variety) kirmizi biber
  • 6 sage leaves, shredded
  • Maldon sea salt

Lägg grynen i en skål. Tillsätt övrigt, rör om

  • När grynen är mjuka tillsätt:
  • 2.5 dl couscous
  • 2 msk smör
  • 1 tsk salt

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 200 ml (almost 1 cup) yogurt
  • 400 ml (1 2/3 cup) water
  • 600 ml (2 1/2 cup) rye wholegrain flour
  • 600 ml (2 1/2 cup) wholewheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds
  • 2 teaspoons salt
