Godaste rabarberpajen

- DEG:
- 150 g smör
- 3 1/2 dl vetemjöl
- 1/4 dl vatten
- FYLLNING:
- 50 g smör
- 1 dl strösocker
- 2 ägg
- 100 g mandelmassa
- rivet skal av 1/2 citron
- 300-400 g späd rabarber
Salmon & prawn toast

Finely chop salmon, prawns, onion, dill and eggs and mix together in a bowl
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 100 g peeled prawns
- 1 small bundle of fresh dill
- 2 onions
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- scant 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
- 150 ml mayonnaise
- 2-3 tbsp chilli sauce
- ca 50 ml crème fraiche
- salt
- ground white pepper
- 4 slices good white bread
- butter for frying
- 4 tbsp red caviar
- 4 fresh dill tops, for serving
- 1 lemon, cut in wedges

- For the ful:
- 500 g dried chickpeas
- 11/2 tbsp baking soda
- 250 g tahini paste
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- Fine sea salt
- 8 tbsp cooking liquids
- 300 g dried broad (fava) beans
- 160 ml olive oil
- 160 ml lemon juice
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- To serve:
- 1 tsp paprika
- 6 tbsp roughly chopped parsley
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut into quarters
- 1 medium onion, cut into 6 wedges

Fatayer

- For the dough:
- 40 ml milk
- 1 tsp active dried yeast
- 300 g strong white bread flour
- One third tsp salt
- 165 ml water
- 40 ml sunflower oil
- For the filling:
- 200 g washed spinach leaf, chopped
- 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 11/2 tsp salt
- 11/2 tbsp sumac
- 11/2 tbsp olive oil
- 11/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp pomegranate syrup
- 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts, chopped
- Black pepper
- 80 g feta cheese (optional)

- 250 g rabarber i bitar, ca 1-2 cm tjocka.
- 2 dl vatten
- 1/2 dl socker
- 1 1/2 msk potatismjöl

- 1 tbsp japanese soy

- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
