- 1 dl balsamvinäger

Cottage pie

Cheesy potato-topped beef in a wine enriched sauce adds a special touch to cottage pie in this hearty recipe
- For the meat:
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 large Onions, chopped
- 2 sticks Celery, finely chopped
- 2 Carrots, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 675 g minced beef or Lamb
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 3-4 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 3-4 drops Tabasco
- 175 ml dry white or Red wine
- 300 ml chicken or beef stock
- black pepper
- For the topping:
- 1.4 kg Potatoes
- 50 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp mature Cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp finely grated Parmesan
Carrot Zucchini Hash Browns

This healthy version of hash browns is made with carrots, zucchini, cheese and seasonings
- 1 large carrot, coarsely grated
- 1 small zucchini, coarsely grated
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 dl grated cheese
- 1 large egg
- Salt
- Pepper
Crustless Spinach Quiche

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups shredded Muenster cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Braised lamb shanks with leeks and haricot beans

This gets even better when left overnight in the fridge
- 4 small lamb shanks
- 300 g dried haricot beans
- 4 bay leaves
- olive oil
- 4 large leeks, trimmed, halved lengthways and rinsed
- a thick slice of butter (about 60g)
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 650 ml of light stock or water
- juice and zest of a lemon
- a handful of parsley, chopped
- a handful of mint leaves
Asiatiska laxrullar med avokado och wasabi

- Rullar:
- 400 gram laxfilé, färsk, benfri utan skinn
- 2 st avocado(s)
- 2 tsk wasabi
- 1 ,5 msk japansk soja
- 2 msk salladslök(ar), hela
- 12 blad sallad, stora
- 4 stjälk(ar) salladslök(ar), hela
- Dipsås:
- 1 dl japansk soja
- 2 tsk citronsaft
- 1 tsk fisksås

The best ever! Wonderfully fresh flavours with a nice chilli kick
- For the black bean paste:
- 230 g cooked black beans (tinned are fine)
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 bunch coriander, chopped, stalks and all
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp Maldon sea salt
- For the salsa:
- 1/2 small red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 tbsp white-wine vinegar
- 3 spring onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 5 medium sweet tomatoes, diced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 mild red chilli, finely diced
- 1 bunch coriander, chopped, plus extra leaves to garnish
- 1 1/2 tsp Maldon sea salt
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 2 ripe medium avocadoes, diced
- For the tortillas:
- 8 small tortillas (corn look better, but flour are fine)
- 180 ml soured cream
- 120 g good mature cheddar, grated
- 6 tbsp jalapeño peppers in vinegar, drained and roughly chopped

- 4 skivor utskuren biff

- 100 gram rucola
- 2 st äpplen, syrliga
