Lime & coconut cookies

These are remarkably light and fresh tasting cookies
- glaze:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 sweetened flaked coconut
- 5 tbsp butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- zest of one lime
- juice of one lime
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
