- 1 (12 oz.) Can Evaporated Milk
- 3 Large Eggs, room temperature
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 t. Cinnamon
- Dash of Salt
- 1 t. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 (18.25 oz.) Spice Cake Mix
- 1 1/2 c. Pecans
- 1 c. Unsalted Butter, melted
- Cinnamon Whipped Cream
- Chocolate Chips
- Caramel Sauce
Strawberry Nut Banana Split

Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions
- 1 (6 serving size) package instant vanilla pudding, prepared
- 1 (12-ounce) package vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
- 1 (21-ounce) can LUCKY LEAF® Premium Strawberry Pie Filling
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/4 cups walnuts, whole or chopped
