Sauce: Place all ingredients in large saucepan
- All-American Barbecue Sauce:
- 6 lbs. - chuck (back) ribs, cut in slabs of 3 to 4 ribs each (or pork spare ribs)
- 1 - medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves - garlic, minced
- 2 cans - (15-oz.) tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup - packed Domino® Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup - cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon - salt
- 1 teaspoon - cumin, ground
- 1 teaspoon - chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon - dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon - celery seed
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon - cayenne pepper

- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1/2 lime, juiced

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 3 ribs celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion

- Almond Cherry Cupcakes:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 C. oil
- 3/4 C. milk or buttermilk
- 1/2 C. sour cream or plain yogurt
- 2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 C. Maraschino cherries, roughly chopped
- Almond Buttercream:
- 1 C. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 3-4 C. powdered sugar
- milk, if needed
- 20-24 Maraschino cherries with stems for decoration
