Smokey Mac and Cheese Pasta

1.Cook bacon in medium saucepan over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp, about 4 minutes

Sweet Potato Cupcakes

1. Cupcake: 2. 1.Preheat oven to 350 degree
- 1 packet of Duncan Hines® Frosting Creations™ Caramel Flavor Mix
- 1 can of Frosting Creations™ Frosting Starter
- 1 Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Classic Yellow Cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 can of sweet potatoes in light syrup (15 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of grated orange zest

1.To make the cupcakes, preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- For the cupcakes:
- 3 1/4 cups sifted cake flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 large egg whites, room temperature

- For the frosting:
- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened slightly but still cold
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- mini chocolate chips, for garnish
ROTISSERIE CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 cups of diced rotisserie chicken
- {or any other cooked chicken}
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup uncooked rice, cooked
- {about 2 1/2 - 3 cups cooked rice}
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 c diced celery
- 1/2-3/4 crushed corn flakes
- 2 Tbls butter, melted
GRAVY-BAKED PORK CHOPS
