- 8 ounce cream cheese, at room temperature

- 4 eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 10-12 cup Bundt pan
- For the Optional Cream Cheese Swirl:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg, at room temperature
- For the Red Velvet Fudge Frosting:
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp light corn syrup
- 9 oz butter, divided use
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 – 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (choose a light-colored variety for best frosting color)
- 1/4 cup powdered buttermilk
- Red gel food coloring
- Candy thermometer

Combine 1-1/2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, sugar, salt and Italian herb seasoning in large mixer bowl
- For Dipping (optional):
- 2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour (OR substitute 1 cup whole wheat flour for 1 cup all-purpose)
- 1 envelope Fleischmann's® RapidRise Yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 tsp baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1 cup salted butter,
- at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups light-brown sugar
- 1/4 granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz Snickers bites candy bars,
- chopped (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup semi-sweet or milk
- chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup chopped peanuts

- don't use the regular salted)

- 6 ounces Toasted Coconut Cookie Thins (1 1/2 sleeves)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar, plus 1 tablespoon sugar
- dash of salt
- 5 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 2 pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sweetened dried shredded coconut, toasted in small dry skillet until golden brown
