Prepare pasta as directed on package
- 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
- 2 (10 ounce) cans White Chicken, drained and shredded
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 small red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup whole, salted cashews
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Glazed Cinnamon Snack Cake

Heat oven to 350°. Spray 13”x9” pan with non-stick spray
- Cake Batter:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Cinnamon Filling:
- 2 Tbl sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 2 Tbl milk

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecan halves
- 8 ounces cream cheese

- 2 deep dish (9-inch) pie shells, baked

DIXIE PEANUT BUTTER PIE

- 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped peanuts,
- plus additional for garnish
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- Whipped cream or Cool Whip

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion, drain well
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 6 -7 potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (2 7/8 ounce) can French-fried onions
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

- 2 cups (8 ounces) Crystal Farms® Reduced Fat Mexican Taco Cheese
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 medium tomatoes; seeded, diced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup skim milk
SLOPPY JOE STUFFED BAKED POTATOES

1.Wrap each potato in microwaveable plastic wrap; place on microwave-safe plate
- ◾ 6 medium baking potatoes
- ◾ 1 pound ground round beef (85% lean)
- ◾ 1 can (15.5 oz each) Manwich® Thick & Chunky Sloppy Joe Sauce
- ◾ 1 can (8 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
- ◾ 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ◾ 6 tablespoons reduced fat sour cream
- ◾ 1/3 cup sliced green onions
