1.Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 cup of yellow cornmeal (coarse and stone ground)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1 cup whole milk

- 1/2 stick of butter (melted in the microwave)
- 1/4 cup of honey (heaping)

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
